Terrible service and not helpful at all

I went to buy a welder and only had a certain amount of cash. After waiting around for service for a while, eventually someone was called who was as I soon discovered actually useless. I said I want a welder that was on the shelf for 899. He said it was the last 1 left to which I said can have discount. He said he would ask the manager. We later discovered that the welder was an incomplete set as it was missing the 2 cables needed for welding. This was on the shelf like this and not marked down. I asked to see the manager who was a Mr dominic Frank whom I must say has no customer skills. He said this item was marked down already to which I said it does not say incomplete set on the shelf. To which he then says he could give a R200 off. I said how can it be on the shelf as incomplete when there is a table else where for mark downs. I asked if I could get the welder next to this one for the same price which would be R100 off. The manager then said no and turned his back and walked away. I was very angered by this and found it very disrespectful. Is this the attitude of these types of establishments as they don't need my money due to having enough and allowing poor management
