Paid for order and then order was cancelled

How can you guys list something on your website and says it's in stock and then I make payment and everything went well and then after many days past you advise me that the item is out of stock after I placed the order and paid for it.

I send numerous emails asking why it's taking so long for delivery and had only 1 reply to a lot of emails send. On Kalahari website I was supposed to receive my order on 31 July as I already made payment 29July, then 31 July came and still no parcel, send email and had no response what so ever.

Then you guys came back to me 3 Aug to say that my parcel was cancelled, this is really unacceptable to just cancel the order when you advertised it is still in stock and everything.

I will never ever order again with you guys as the service is terrible and you just take payment but once received you then let us know after how many days passing by that it's out of stock.

I send an email again on the refund as I want to know how long will it take for my refund to be in my account and AGAIN NO RESPONSE FROM YOU GUYS.

This is unacceptable really!!!
