Super inefficient Spree

Where do I begin with my Spree saga. Its all a bit of a shambles. I'm just going to highlight the lowlights.
Placed an order for 5 items on 3 Nov (ref 100020614). Spree claims delivery in 2 - 4 working days. On day 4 I got a call to say one of the items ordered was out of stock. On day five I got another call to say a 2nd item was out of stock.
On 12 Nov the remaining 3 items arrived, of which one was not the size requested. I phoned to arrange for the wrong size item is to be swopped and put in a reminder about my refunds due on the out of stock items. One refund came though. Even though I emailed the form for the return/swop, it took another call to get the swop going and the replacement finally arrived on 20 Nov.
(Sadly this item does not fit either (not Spree's fault) but I'm still working up the energy to try to arrange the return...)
Meanwhile I've telephoned and emailed some more about my still outstanding refund for out of stock item number two. My credit card was immediately debited for all 5 items on 4 Nov, but its 3 weeks later and Spree has not managed to process that 2nd credit. The ladies in the call centre are very pleasant but the systems just don't work.
