I am so disgusted with VVM client services dept. I have spoken to call centre agents and their managers with no response.

My story.
I owed a telkom an account which was handed over to VVM. I made arrangements to pay it off and I created an online banking debit order. With no doubt i would have paid up the total amount if I could as it was a period of pain from being called and email to remind each month to make sure that my debit order does go off.
The debit order went off each month since 2011 until Nov 2012. I contacted Telkom Account depart to query my account when i had no joy from VVM. They advised me that the account was paid up long ago and that I should contact VVM for refund of the months over paid.
Well I tried again and spoke to a consultant to advised me to contact Telkom as she can not access my account from her side, I in turn told her that Telkom advised me to contact VVM for refund. I then requested to speak to a manager and I was transfered to Michael who i had to scream at to get his attention. But he gave me his email address so i could send him proof of payment. I haven't heard from him since and i forwarded the same email to call centre and no joy
