REFUSAL TO PAY BENEFITS

I have been contributing toward an insurance policy offered me to assist me to pay my Edgars account in the event of me loosing my job for plus minus four years. Unfortunately I did loose my job - I was retrenched on the 1st of July 2013. A few weeks later, with my letter confirming that I was retrenched and the UI19 in hand I approached Edgars for assistance. I requested they use the policy to pay my account. To date we have not yet been given the benefit what we have been paying for years. My account has never been in arrears until I lost my job and had the policy paid as it should have it would have been paid up. Instead unreasonable demands are being made with regard to additional documentation required. In addition to that I have been listed as a bad payer which should never have happened and would not have happened if the matter was addressed properly. I am confident that I have supplied all that is needed to resolve this matter immediately and if it is not addressed immediately and the records with regard to the Credit Bureaux is not attended and rectified immediately I will pursue this matter legally.
