SAME FEEDBACK NO REFUND

I completed an order online on the 5th Sept and my funds was deducted immediately (R629.90) for my purchase. Then i realized that the order was the incorrect one. i called the call centre to see if they have the other product to exchange it, unfortunately no such luck!! i requested a refund which the agent told me is done an will receive my funds within 48hours. Called in the Friday to confirm again an then i spoke to Hillary who confirmed the order was not cancelled and she will do so know. She called me back an 1hour later to confirm it is cancelled an i will receive my funds by Monday. Its Tuesday and still no refund??? i called in to speak to Hillary but she was on tea, requested to speak to another Manager and the agent said all Managers are in a meeting?? ALL MANAGERS REALLY!!! left a message to call me back still waiting... you guys are soo quick to take off the amount however you take your own time to pay money back!! some suggestions coming from a Call Centre environment: Your process needs to be reviewed, give the client ability to cancel online, review your staff because they like placing you on hold for 5mins at a time etc!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK
