Package not received. call centre useless

On 25 Nov I placed an order online. Given the option of delivery service I chose 3-7 days delivery to my nearest store. After paying a small fee I was confident my package would be delivered in the time I paid for. 28th Nov I received an email advising my order was shipped. 7 working days later on 4 Dec I called the call centre and spoke to Maria Francis who advised I should have received my package and that she will call the courier company and get back to me. I did advise the package was for a wedding I was attending on the weekend and it was extremely urgent she contact me. After not getting a call I called the call centre but no one could help and Maria was busy. On evening of 5 Dec I received an email from Maria asking if the courier company contacted me. I responded saying no. To date no response. No package. And I am still awaiting the call from the supervisor Emerentia at the call centre. Appalling service and still no goods. Wedding is over and still no goods. I would now like my goods delivered to my home and not the Mr Price store for all this inconvenience.
