Terrible service at Jet Hermanus

I bought a pair of sandals at Jet. When I fitted it in the shop it felt fine. That night I went out as I walked from my flat to the car I could feel that the shoes was hurting my ancle so I went up to change by that time I had blisters. I went back to the shop the following week asking the consultant for an exchange as the shoes were brand new. I had my slip. At first she mumbled that she don't the he would change the shoes because the tag was of. I said who walkss around with tags on there shoes for just incase that rediculous. Back and forth she went just to return to tell me that he said the shoes is damaged and they cannot exchange it or they will send it in.. Send it in why to put a softer more flexable heel on the shoe so that I don't crinch of the pain? I asked the lady who is this he she speaks of is it the manager as he doesn't have the guts to face me personally to professionally listen to me. The lady just laughed at me and kept quiet. I could not believe what I experienced making a customer feel like a complete. I looked around and saw no return policies stating that they do not return goods. I hope that that isn't the way they treat tourists - disgusted!
