I bought a pair of pumps from Woolworths on December 3, 2013 for r180 for work. I wore them for like 3 hours and they were hurting my toes so i went to the Waterfront branch to change them. They told me that i had to wear them some more for 6 days because maybe my feet wast used to the shoes yet. I wore them some more and Friday 6, 2013 i went back because now i was getting blisters on top of my feet and i couldn't bear the pain from the shoes anymore. They sent me to the CBD branch i spoke to the manger on duty a colored lady and she refused to change the shoes BUT a white lady came and changed here sandals. This manager told me they had to take it to some expert to look at the shoes and see if there was something wrong with them. She didn't want to understand that it may not be the problem with the shoes but my feet and that shoe weren't compatible. She left me standing there for almost an hour, she later called and advised the shoe to be taken in for an audit. I suggested adding more money to buy a pair for r210 but she refused. I complained about the shoe after some hours but it's taken so much of my time to get this resolved and have no shoes for work. audit# 6009182413947
