I went to Kinky shoes in Alex mall last week to return/exchange high heel shoes that I had purchased. When I showed the pregnant shop assistant that there was a visible pin sticking out from the sole of the shoe that was hurting me when i put the shoe on she rudly said to me that I cant return the shoes without a slip, i didnt know that was the shop policy and asked if i could bring it back later instead of explaining it to me she was rude and told me that that was not her shop and she doesnt make the rules and if i have a problem i must take it up with management at Small Street. She was so rude and dissmive! i really like buying shoes at that shop but she took the fun out of it. She needs to change her attitude ASAP!!
