We bought a bed set and a leather lounge suite from russells. The deal was approved on monday and we were assured that deliveries takes place on tuesdays and thursdays. Today after 14:00 we phoned after hearing nothing from them. The Manager (Hettie) told us she will find out and let us know. 15:00 we phoned again after no feed back, still they couldn't give us any answers.By the third time we phoned once again another lady told us that the truck is offloading at Bradlows and then by our house. At 17:00 we got our first phone call from them saying they will be delivering in Seleka first (township far outside lephalale). Then we got the drivers number and phoned him, he said he will be there at 20:00. As I'm still awake waiting 21:42, no response or feedback, my husband works night shift and he eventually phoned to say they must be here tomorrow at 6am. There is a reason why we went to russells is because we got very bad service from another company now we get the same??? How do people want to do business? They just sell goods and after that, a client means NOTHING to them. VERY BAD!!!
