I had purchased a zyxel router which turned out to be faulty. on calling the customer care line, Antonia was exceptionally helpful in organizing a pick up and delivery for a different router with a discount for the difference!! Anotnia goes the extra mile for her clients and was even willing to assist me after hours. absolutely outstanding service with good pricing!!
