Charged usage fees for damaged goods by Russells

I bought a Ventura lounge suite from Russells Benoni on 19 October 2021.As soon as i got home i noticed that
the suite was damaged. I notified the shop manager and he exchanged it. A few days latter the new lounge suite began to tear again i notified the manager again and this process continued untill they had exchanged it 5 times. I finally had enough and asked for my money back, at this point the manager became very cross and unhelpfull. He then told me to take onother lounge suite which i didn't want. He then said he would charge me usage fees if i wanted my money back. I asked for my money back in february this year but i only got it in april after numerous trips back and forth but it was less R2 070.00 which they said was usage fees. I felt that this was unfair since they were the ones at fault by delivering substandard products. I have since vowed never to buy from them again as i had a very nasty experience.
