I was just wondering why Russells always have the excuse of new computer systems?? I went to Russells Malmesbury on Saturday the 14th July 2013. I explained my problem to the manager and the lady working with the accounts. They said they wil phone me monday. Monday they didn't phone and today is Tuesday. I phoned them this morning 09:00, 16th July. The same lady told me the manager will phone me back. I waited and no one phoned me back. I phoned them again 13:25. The lady answering the phone said the lady working with the accounts is busy with a client. They have a new computer system and many problems are now coming out but she will phone me back. This must be the oldest excuse becasue for the last year I've had the same querie and for the last year this is their excuse. New systems. They can't give statements because they've got new systems. I really don't know what to do anymore. Can someone please just help me.
