I went to buy a leather lounge suite from Bradlows about 2 years ago, might have been a bit longer.
I was told I was buying a genuine leather lounge suite and didn't hesitate to pay as such.

After about a year and a half the one unit started tearing and I could immediately see that this was not genuine leather.

I phoned the store manager to complain about this and I was told because I bought cash I only had a one year guarantee on the suite and that in fact it was not genuine leather.

This is unacceptable and I feel like I was fooled into buying, this one couch is looking so bad now and I have to live with it.

I DO NOT EXPECT BRADLOWS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS BASED ON THE ATTITUDE OF THE STORE MANAGER AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY BUT BE SURE ABOUT IT THAT I WILL GO ABOUT ALL MEANS TO INFORM AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE ABOUT YOUR SERVICE AND AFTER SERVICE SUPPORT AS WELL AS "FAKE" PRODUCTS.

I will also be taking out an article in the news paper as I feel I have the right to do. When I told the manager that the consumer act protects me he laughed me off and told me "not his problem" out of guarantee. I shouldn't have paid cash.
