Bought a lounge suite from Russells Midrand to the value of R8000 cash on the 13 Dec 13. Was told delivery will take place on 16 Dec 13, the warehouse than calls to confirm it can't be done on the 16th, it will be the 17th. Come Tuesday the 17th no word on my delivery, I phone Russells Midrand to complain & was told they'll get back to me. Next I get a call from Russells warehouse delivery is now moved to Thursday. Phoned Russells branch manager again in Midrand & the stinking attitude I got from Willie is unbelievable, according to him he has no problem giving my money back and reversing the deal. FYI the problem is with your staff, not me!! Don't make promises you can't deliver on and then tell your customer you don't have a problem giving money back. If you don't know anything about customer service & how to politely speak to your customers & treat them like you value them then visit Google for some insight and maybe you could learn a thing or 2. I personally work in a customer facing industry and never; never will we ever speak to our customers in that manner. Don't make poor excuses as to why my goods can't be delivered, deliver on your flippen promises & stop moving the date!
