My account is paid up but my ITC is not updated

My application to buy a car was declined because of edgars account that i have paid up in Feb 2013. i called edcon on monday the 09th of December i spoke to Lizelle (call centre team leader) and she said the request was send to ITC to updated my profile in march but my profile still not updated. she said they have done their part i mustnt put the blame on them. this is very bad to a big company like edcon not to keep record of what they have send or logged with ITC. all i want is my name to be removed from ITC. and if this is not done before tomorrow i have to take the matter with my lawyers.
