Sale under false pretence, advertising & poor servi

I bought the Shedland lounge suite from the JD Groups' Russells store at the Southgate Shopping Mall in Johannesburg. The Sales Rep. assured me that I'm buying a product with "Genuine Leather Uppers" and "Leather Look" sides. The problems started when the stitches on the seats and arms came loose and then I realized that the "Genuine Leather Uppers" were not actually so genuine, in fact it is actually "Leather Look" material. The lounge suite was collected on Thursday 29-08-2013 again for the 4th time with the same faults as during the third attempt it was not even collected but they send someone to repair at my place and boy what sloppy work I received.(I've asked the store to please assist me with a "loan" couch in the interim as the repairs takes forever but was told that they don't do that. So it became my problem as well to arrange something.) I've escalated the issue to their complaints department via e-mail & was advised that it was send to the Regional Manager named Eddie but I'm yet to get a call from him and the non-existent Store Manager and I'm still without a lounge suite.
