]ost pathetic service ever

I have been to this shop almost month ago to order parts for my genesis vacuum machine but i have not
received anything yet? i spoke to a guy in this store he even took down my details but not a single response from
him! i was told that that what i order will only come in 2 weeks as that's how long it takes when you order something.2 weeks later i phoned sorry still never arrived 3 weeks later sorry still never arrived. How the F%k
long does it take to order? No response from anyone in this store just to follow up to let me know the stock is running late or Ive taken you for a joke and have not ordered anything! which i suspect. Its a shame the type
of service delivery one gets today, really to think people think nothing of their customers!
