Worst Service Ever!!

This is the worst service I have had in a long time, not just the TygerValley branch but at LongBeach Mall as well. the staff dont really know what they are meant to be doing.

Always passing the buck onto someone else.

I have been waiting almost a month for a quote I placed for an engagement ring, I am really just thinking of starting over and going somewhere else. Every time I call in to find out, oh sorry we will look and get back to you ASAP, then I hear nothing from them.

Getting married is meant to be a happy time, but this is crazy how people treat you just to get my ring.
