I have just called the Homechoice Call Centre to follow up on my outstanding order for 3 queen blankets. The order was made on the 06 May 2013 & I received a confirmatory email response saying that the order was received. 2 months later I am still awaiting for the delivery. I called the Call Centre & was informed that I should await another 4 weeks as the order has been dispatched. I will receive the order in August which leaves 1 more month of winter left. I would have expected that since Homechoice failed in delivering my order 4 weeks from the date (06.05.13) of placing & paying for it they could have at least have had the decency of couriering the items overnight so that they could keep good relations with their customers. But clearly they do not care about customer service because I still need to wait another 4 weeks till my order arrives. I have sadly cancelled the order - and have to wait ANOTHER 8 weeks to be refunded. Homechoice is a Joke & you won't be seeing my back again EVER!
