Pay for all insurance but just dont claim

I have opened an account with Sheet Street part of the Mr Price group - since opening my account I have paid lost card protection every single month, even though I dont owe anything on my account I will go down there and pay the premium for the insurance! Claimed for a lost card 10/12/2012 aready - till date no paid claim or even word from them if I don't phone them like an everytime following it up! And only to be told they dont know but it shows in process! This is service for you now! They gladly have you add stuff on your accounts "for your Protection" but please just dont ever claim what you are so much paying for loyaly every single month!
