Dear Sir / Madam
I went to your shop in Newcastle on 26 March 2013 to order n sponge for the water filter (Code B3 in your instruction manual) on my Genesis Hydrovac Extreme machine.
It is 6 weeks later and I haven't received it. I phoned him 2 weeks ago and could not hear a word he said on the phone. I stay in Vryheid and can not go there everyday to find out what the situation is.
I asked a lady from Vryheid to find out and she said he haven't order it yet!!!
Can you please help me because this is long overdue now!
