After multiple calls, visits from us to the store and the store to our home for measurements and excuses we manage to get carpets installed in our house over the cause of 3 months. Original measurements were incorrect and that resulted in a carpet unfit (too small) for the quoted area. I immediately called the branch manager Mr Jannie Carstens on the day of installation that was on Monday (2 Dec 2013) just after 4pm. Told him the whole story and he promised to follow this up and actually bringing the person that did the measurements to our house. It is Thursday (5 Dec 2013) 3 day's later and no feedback, no call, no vist, no nothing... I am not surprised, but we have paid a lot of money and I expect for store managers to step up to the plate, and help the customers.
