I bought a whole bunch of furniture by House & Home, Nelspruit on 28th May 2013. I had to wait a week for the delivery, which I could understand. Then the truck only arrived after 5 the evening, in which the delivery guys admitted that I was kind of forgotten about. Many of the items was not delivered, I drove to the store the next morning to fetch the rest of the stuff, of which 4 items was still not available. I spoke to one of the store managers, and he just had a bad attitude, and was fishing to place the blame on me. I filed complaints by the customer care line and then spoke to the regional manager for this area, he made many promises and never got back to me. The Monday I spoke to another shop manager, who wasn't there apparently, whom intern promised me by Thursday I'll have the last bit of my new bedroom suite. Today, 13 June 2013, he called me with another excuse. I can't believe that a professional company can treat a customer like this, whether we spend R 30 000 or R 10. I wonder if they are going to be professional and maybe give me something back in return, like my delivery fee of R 500 or anything else, like a disciplinary action against the original sales person.
