I ORDERED A BED 16 JAN 2013 FROM HOUSE & HOME KRUGERSDORP, PAID IMMEDIATELY AS IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER (KING SIZE EXTRA LENGHT)- WAITED 4 WEEKS AND CANCELLED ORDER. REFUNDED ME ON MY CHEQUE CARD - MONEY REFUND NOT SHOWING. THE MONEY THEY CHARGED ME WENT STRAIGHT FROM MY ACCOUNT. THE BED WAS EVENTUALLY ON 16 FEB 2013 AND THEY PHONED AND ASKED IF I STILL WANTED THE BED. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND PAID AGAIN THE MONEY. WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE BED WAS NOT THE EXTRA LENGHT, I TOLD THEM TO FETCH THE BED ON MONDAY AND THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SHOULD NOT PHONE ME REGARDING ANY OTHER BED. I WENT TO THE STORE ON MONDAY 18 FEB 2013 AND THEY DID A REFUND ON MY CHEQUE CARD AND TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 10 WORKING DAYS ON BOTH REFUNDS TO REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND ANNMARIE, LINDA FRO HEAD OFFICE AND RAKESH SHOULD EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THIS PRACTISE THEY FOLLOW CAN WORK. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG IN THEIR OPINION. THE TOAL REFUND IS R17798-00. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THE SAME WAY THEY TOOK MY MONEY WHICH WAS IMMEDIATELY.
