I learned about Top Rock from the internet. The very next day, the consultant was at my house to take measurements, contacted me to confirm having taken the measurements. The following morning, I received a quotation; which was 20% lesser than the other installer that quoted me a week earlier. Despite that, I still negotiated for a discount, which they offered me. I also liked their terms (50% upfront payment and the balance on the day of installation versus the 70% upfron payment from the other installer). Upon payment of the required deposit, Top Rock sent through another consultant for a second opinion on measurements.

The communication throughout the order process was outstanding to a point that the consultants reported even a 3cm difference from my original specification to the possible measurement. (Just so that I dont get any surprises after installation).

As per schedule, the installers worked diligently and professionally and they just continued to wow me with their solution driven attitude. There was a slight challenge with the installation and the speed at which the solution was provided - was just amazing.
