I am in the process of buying bed from House and home. I have given the store my details and they asked me to come back in 3 days to sign and pay my deposit and sign my contract. I called in today to confirm if everything was okay for me to come sign my contract and pay my deposit. I got to the store and got to the assistant Phillip who made me wait for over 30 minutes and then comes back to advise that there systems are down (After me calling 20 minutes before I arrive at the store and they confirming everything is okay). Phillip then referred me to the manager of the store, The manager of the store looked very angry as if I she was forced to talk to me, With attitude and no apology she spoke rudely advising there's nothing she can do then got back onto what sounded like a personal call, Where do u guys hire these managers? I have to now take time off work again to go into this store to get my contract for my bed sorted after using my phone to follow up several times. Seriously guy's u should have a look into this. Word of mouth is the fastest rumour travel and this House and Home is going to get bad name if you have a store manager that rude and has no manners.
