Delivery of Shelves

Thank you very much for intervening and assisting me to get my shelves delivered. After uploading my report, Geen & Richards Head Office contacted me to inform me that my complaint is being attended. They told me that the store manager will contact me soon. A week later the manager contacted me and told me that she has contacted their supplier who will only contact me when he will be working in my area. Three weeks past without any action. I then contacted her and she promised to forward dates of when the supplier will be working in my area. I must really thank Sameer, from the Head Office who contacted me every week from May for feedback about the progress. Through his Help Bertha brought a staff member to my house in order to get measurements. The measurements he took were wrong and she personally came to my house on three consecutive Saturdays to try and fit but the doors could not close because the shelves were big. From July Sameer started phoning me daily and the New store manager came to my house three times but on three occasions the glasses could not fit. An hour ago, my shelves were finally delivered and I can now finally enjoy my furniture. Thanks once more!
