Morkels is not delivering Furniturebouhg Aug

I bought furniture in Aug, & at the time I did not have a place to stay. Before paying I asked if it would be a problem if I leave it with the Store until my house becomes available (I was buying a new house). I was advised that, they can store it for me and as soon as I need it, I should advise. On Nov 22, around that time, I called them asking to deliver. I asked how long would it take, the Sales lady - Portia - said 3 working days. After that she kept quiet for almost a week. I then called the Assistant Manager (having been told the Manager was on leave) 25 Nov, and he promised to get back to me in 30 minutes, and he never did. On 26 Nov, I phoned the Assistant Mgr (Tsepo Lelaka) again, and asked when is the 30 minutes due because I was still waiting since the 25th and he sounded lost or shocked. But then he asked me to hold and he put me through back to the same Portia. This time she said she needs a week. That was Tues last week. Until now, she has not come back to me. I called her today-12h00 - 13h50, and as soon as she heard it is me, she said she will come back to me. She has not. At about 14h00, I sent her an sms stating that if I do no get my stuff I will ask helopete
