I bought couches on 2013/07/27 and upon the delivery of the couches I saw the couches were not in a good condition I phoned the store manager the next day and he informed me that he would take care of it, it took two week for them to come fetch these couches that were only picked up on 2013/08/12, I then phoned Amos again and he told me that their store was being migrated from one system to another. I phoned him today 2013/08/17 @ 14:13 and he said he will phone me back in 5 minutes it is now 17:34 and still he has not phoned me back I am sitting on the floor in a new house I bought feeling like a stupid if something is not done about this I am seriously thinking about going to the CPA, Morkels as a whole has really wasted my time and money, I want my money back cos I really am frustrated now I do not think I would ever buy or recommend anyone to this store as a brand, 1 person has let the whole team and brand down a brand I thought I could trust really, even the coffee table they gave me has got atleast 3 chips in that he does not want to replace.
