About a month ago we bought furniture which they than told us it would be delivered in a few days, this after everything was finalized. A week later we queried and were told by the sales assistant that the manager will call us back later that day. She however never called and we than went in store to query again. At that time the manager was nowhere to be seen and we had to leave with no answer again. The assistant than told us she'd make sure the furniture would be delivered the next day, which it was. That happening two weeks after signing papers but there was still one item missing which the assistant told us it'll have to be made first. Than 5 days later, this past Saturday 19 Oct., we queried again, they than told us they're out of stock.Us having to query and contact the branch all this time is definitely poor service coming from them, the manager in general. The item was sold to us together with the rest of the items that we received. We expect it to be delivered because we signed for it. Til today the manager hasn't contacted us once, this is totally unacceptable.Us not getting the item is also unacceptable.
