Morkels
No Delivery STILL

I purchased a bed from the Morkels at Festival Mall on Saturday 13th July. All paperwork etc completed, and told that the bed cant be delivered on Monday but will be their on Tuesday. In the mean time i get rid of the old bed to make space for the new 1. I have rang and rang and keep getting told that it will be coming the next day.
I had taken off 2 full days, unpaid leave from work for this mess on Tuesday and then on Wednesday. The had to take of Friday half day as i was promised it will be delivered then.
I have not just been inconvenienced and out of pocket for the 2 and a half days UNPAID leave, but been sleeping on my couch. It has been over a week, and still NOTHING.
i am NOT very happy, and keep getting excuses when i speak to the Manager of the store (Antoinette).
The service is and bitterly disappointed that i chose this company. As i have moved house i wanted to buy lots more things for the new house, but now i will NOT consider buying ANYTHING from this lot EVER AGAIN.
