I bought a lounge and dining room suite in December 2011. I reported that the leather was peeling in 2012 and it took them about 6 months to send out a supplier due to people being sick and new staff taking over. i have also reported that the chairs from the dining room suite were bending and also 1 broken, i was informed by the customer complaints rep that i will have to pay a call out fee of R450 first before they come out and assess whether or not they can repair the chairs. they said the one that is broken there is nothing they can do. I paid lot of money for my lounge and dining room suite, and expected to receive quality. im very disappointed in the response i received. i also reported that i had found more peeling on the couch, i was informed that i must call the supplier and inform him and he will come out when his in the area, to date still nothing. Im very angry with the quality of goods i purchased.
