We bought furniture worth R23 000.00 at Morkels in Market Street in CBD on Wednesday the 8th of January
TILL TODAY WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE DELIVERY, we were helped by THABISILE the sales person. we asked if they have all what we bought in stock and the response was yes. and if they can deliver the same day they said no, but delivery can be arranged. then Mr Moyo was called in we spoke to him we asked him and he said he has arranged the delivery for Friday, we were happy with that. Friday came NO DELIVERY. i called Mr Moyo on Friday after lunch asking about my delivery he said he was busy talking to the wear-house. i end up going to the branch my self, and spoke to both THABISLE & MOYO and i promised that they will call me the following day with proper arrangements and that didn't't happen.i called them today (MONDAY) and Mr Moyo the manager wasn't there. i called the wear-house i spoke to Goner the wear-house he gave a cold shoulder, he wasn't concern about my issue. he just said he'll call me back of which didn't't he called my wife instead and he said they're busy counting stock they'll deliver on Wednesday. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY GAVE ME.
