I bought a 4 piece bedroom suit from Morkels (Cash) on the 26 January 2013, and only to my suprise when they came and delivered by bedroom suit that the chest of draw was damaged. I phoned the store manager and informed her of the damaged draw. It actually took then 2 weeks to come and collect the damaged draw from my house. Today is the 26th of June and up until today I have received 5 damaged chest of draws which they had to take back every time they delivered it. Before they delivered the 5th chest of draw I personally spoke to their warehouse and asked them to open the box and check if the draw is not dameged before they deliver it but still no luck. The delivery guy brought some sort of "sealer" that he had put on the damaged areas on the chest of draw and said " the sealer will prevent the wood from getting "rotten" I phoned the store manager and informed her the service I'm getting is unacceptable and I want value for my money. I'm still waiting for my 6th chest of draw from the supplier of Morkels. Morkels receive my money 6 months ago and I still don't have my completed bedroom suit. The service of Morkels is a disgrace!!!
