Incorrect Bill and Balcklisting Threat

On the 30th of June 2013 Florence Busisiwe Mokoena, Id Number 5310101141081 ordered a bedding set worth R7182 and was told that the make she wanted was out of stock and that she couldn't get that. So she decided to buy another make which also had pink, she thought that they had cancelled the order that was out of stock and replaced it with the one they had in stock. To her surprise after she received delivery of her substitute product she received the package that they had said it was out of stock through a Courier company! She refused to accept the delivery because she had explained to them that she was taking the substitute, so why did they not cancel the order?? The courier company took it back. She thought this was the end of it, on the 8 July, she received a statement on account number 140818497, which showed double the price she owed to the value of R14393. She has faxed and called numerous times and dealt with Millicent Brandt who promised he would sort out, but it was never resolved. Last week she received a letter of final demand for this item??? Even though she hasn't received the goods. Please rectify urgently before her name is ruined for no reason!!!
