Bad attitudes AND Horrible service!

Yesterday my family & I went into Game Boksburg to buy a PVR. After walking around the tech/TV area for a few minutes we realised we could not find the PVRs and asked where they could be found. The 1st person we asked told us "That way ma'am" and pointed in a general direction and then stayed in his comfortable spot. Once we got to the area he pointed to we still couldn't find it so we asked someone at the information desk to please help us and once again we got pointed to an area. Not once did either person walk us to the item we were looking for - as is expected with good service!
Only after 20min of searching did someone approach us to offer help. Then we were explained to that PVRs aren't stocked on shelves but are only given to you from the store room once you pay for it. So why were we sent on a wild goose chase around the tech/TV area looking for these things by 2 staff members! Also we were not told that they only stock HD PVRs and only after getting home did I realise this. I called the branch this morning to explain my situation and after being passed on to 3 different people I was told to rather come in to see the manager as no one could understand my complaint.
