I ordered a 15 piece delux race car comforter / duvet set for my 7 year old son around the7th of October. I was told the price was R 1899.00 for set set. I was told that they had stock and that i would receive delivery within 14 - 21 days. After 21 days i contacted Homechoice to find out where my parcel was. I was assured that it had been dispatched and would arrive shortly but they refused to give me the couriers contact details. On the 13th of November i received a call from the courier company notifying me that the parcel would be delivered on the 15th of November.By the 22nd of November i still had not received my parcel and again contacted HomeChoice. I was now told that the parcel had been returned and cancelled and that i would have to re-order the duvet set if i still wanted it. I then re-ordered the set and it finally arrived on the 17th of December. Unfortunately this was not the set that i ordered as it came without the canopy. When i contacted Homechoice about this i was told that the canopy was now out of stock and that i could not place an order if there was no stock and should try again in 2014. Basically it was tough luck for me. This is unacceptable.
