30/06/13 I purchased a king size posture superior base set for R5998.99 from Ernest, store manager. Within a week the mattress became lumpy and base squeeky, reported this to Carika, sales lady and she quickly got my family and me out of the store, saying that Ernest would call me regarding an exchange. This never happened. After numerous calls to Carika the bed was exchanged 12/07/13, only to receive another bad quality mattress which just caused us terrible back ache and sleepless nights. This was reported to Carika. She promised to get Ernest and the rep to come out and inspect the bed. This never happened. We went to the store 28/07/13 and Ernest said he will get Von the rep to provide a solution. This never happened. 01/08/13 I called Ernest for a refund, he was very reluctant but promised to refund me by 08/08/13 after uplifting the bed on 04/08/13. He finally refunded me on 10/08/13 but R300 less saying it is a charge for cancellation of purchase. The problem is I did not cancel my purchase, he provided bad quality so I cannot accept the product. I think he must pay me for the numerous calls I made to the store, the stress and pain and suffering.
