Stuck with damaged goods from Bradlows

It's been a week now, since am stuck with a damaged couch. I bought a lounge suit on the 08/06/2012, they delivered it the following Tuesday but they damaged the three sitter when they forced it through the door because they were in such a hurry. I made a note on their delivery note that they damaged my couch and I want it replaced. Even today thanks' to Bradlow's pathetic service, ineffective regional manager, useless store manager and good for nothing staff that knows nothing about customer service and still stuck with a damaged couch and even if you call the store they sent me from pillar to post and you call the store manager she is in the meeting the whole day and the regional manager is forever in training, you wonder training for what if they can't solve such pity problems. The JD group you will swear they recruit only. Bradlows if you don't want to take back your damaged goods, cancel that deal.
