PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I am so DISGUSTED with the pathetic service that i have received from Bears Furniture store from an employee who is Leon, i have purchased the bedroom Furniture Cash which was R8799. i am extremely irate because i came to buy my Bedroom furniture cash on the 23 January 2013 and ONLY received it on 12th February after that long bad service waiting on my goods to arrive, i have also waited a week for someone in-store to come and assemble the goods, after that i have then found that the goods were damaged and had scratches, i then went in-store on Monday 18th February to report the incident about the damaged goods, i spoke to a manager whom i do not recall, who promised that goods were going to be collected of which they have not been collected up until today... I am fed up and request that the goods be collected and I wants my money to be refunded back to me immediately, i will be taking this matter to Consumer Protection Authorities, i am no more interested in this pathetic and emotional behaviour.
