No feedback regarding exchange of damaged goods

I purchased goods in July. Majority of the goods were damaged. I have sent pictures to the branch. They have come to exchange the goods 5 times... bringing me more damaged goods. I have spoken to the sales consultant, Dineo, as well as the store manager, Thomas. There are no call backs from the store. You contact centre calls once, if there's no answer they don't try again. I have to do the following up and pay cellphone accounts, that shouldn't be mine in the first place.
