I bought furniture at Furniture City in Richards Bay on the 10th of August, I was assisted by Wilson who from the beginning started calling me and making inappropriate advances. I told him I didn't like him calling me unless it involved my furniture, and that alone made me very angry. Little did I know the worst was yet to come! On the 16th, I was expecting a delivery of all my furniture when to my shock I only received the lounge suite, which was damaged. I repoed it immediately and am still waiting for a replacement till this day. The next week on the 23rd I received the rest of the furniture except the bed, and I've called so many times calling the store and the warehouse and the head office, and still no luck. It's been a full month now, I haven't received the bed and month-end I'm expected to pay my first installment when I have damaged goods and undelivered goods. I'm so frustrated by Furniture City horrible service, and they simply don't care. Each time I lay a complaint I never get feedback and I never get answers. This month alone I have 3 ref numbers, and none of them have been reslved 189878, 189566 and 189434... These people's service is truly the worst I've experienced
