Late Replacement of Damaged Goods!!

In March 2013 I purcharced a bedroom suit from Geen & Richards for R32 000. I was promised delivery within a week of the purchase deal being confirmed. The delivery was only made 3 weeks after this date and the merchandise that was delivered was damaged, While the delivery guys were offloading and assembling the furniture it was damaged again. I laid a complaint and the branch promised me delivery of replacement furniture within the week. A month later after the furniture had not been replaced I went personally to the branch and complained and expressed my wish to cancel the whole purchase. The Manager assured me that replacement furniture would be delivered by 25 May 2013 which was the date that the 1st installment was due. A week after the installment was deducted furniture was delivered but it was so damaged and so old that the delivery guys didn't even bother to offload it. I laid a complaint and nothing has happened since. Customer services has not contacted me to even apologise about the matter. I am stuck with damaged furniture yet paying so much money! I am so disappointed in what I thought was an established company!!
