Russels thabazimbi wow suppose to be such great service!!! Sitting with damaged furniture wich was delivered like that directly from there shop!!! I was told it would be replaced as soon as possible??? Now nearly a year later and after I've been to complain numerous times I get told the stuff won't be replaced!!! Wat must I do its gets asked to me by managment who stands with folded arms!!! The hd samsung 105inch 3d. Plasma tv I bought was damaged as it makes snowflakes and stripes the 3d glasses was broken and our picasso wall unit one rack is damaged an when it was delivered the people who delivered it damaged it in there datsun bakki!!! I imidaitly reported it and manager said I must not sigh delivery note as they would replace the goods as soon as thy have Ordered and received other tv 3d glasses an picasso wall unit now I'm still sitting with the damged stuff!!! Please I've been to Russels to complain several times and today the manager asked now what is she suppose to do about it??? She has a bad attitude I would apriciate it if my stuff was replaced as my husband and I do not think we should have to accept damaged or fixed goods as we have to pay so much for it!
