Manager wants to get into physical fight

Manager simon attitude even worst than the staff that asked me to scan the eggs on my own, yet having two trollies full of groceries, to top that off, I ask for a assistance on a motor bike hanging way above shelves. No one helps. I ask to speak to the manager, instead of him listening to my complaint, he wants to speak without know why I asked for him, he then threatens me saying he can scream and do as he please. I am so disguisted, even I could explain in detail, there would not be enough space. After spending almost 2 hrs shopping with groceries over r1800 I walked out the store empy handed. Shoprite lenasia hire people that have a passion to assist.
