Poor customer service

Shoprite Glenridge does not ace about it's customers and this is purely the decisions that management is taking, the manager is there daily and one can see that she is trying her level best best her superiors just won't listen to her and provide suffiecient staff, that store is busy as it's the only one in glenrige ext 16 and other new extensions.there's no sufficient staff at the tills and as a results we, the ustomers must suffer.we will stop going there and driving to the near by malls where there's service. I'm pleading with the management to get the store manager more staff, I'm sure the poor manager deals with more complaints than anything else. I do my groceries at this Shoprite and don't expect to pack my own groceries there after, please review your staff and your working hours or shifts to accommodate US the customers.standing in a queue of less than 5 people for more than 15 minutes and still be expected to pack your own groceries is pathetic
