Ad attitue and don't care about customers

I was interested on buyi a walking ring, it was on sale for about R100 and I ask a shopp assistance to take it the till as I busy shopping for other things, but when I get to the till it wasn't there and when cashier as the shop assistance, she said AHH I forgot and one the customer has taken it, thts bad service, she didn't even bother to apologies, and I ask for a manager by the name of Tebogo, hayi I waited for more 30min without anyone saying anything, I felt like a fool, I will never go back to that store anymore, their service and their attitude is very bad.
