Stike 3 Shoprite you have lost a good customer!

It all started on the 11 April 2013 when I when to Shoprite Checkers City view to do some grocery shopping along with my groceries I purchased eggs from shoprite only to realise when I got home that they smelt bad, so the next day during my lunch hour I drove back to city view shoprite checker to change the eggs, I when to the the lady at the kiosk then directed me to speak to another lady with orange hair regarding the bad smelling eggs, I went to her and explained with my till slip that I was at the store the previous day and I had purchased these eggs and they smely bad, she then gave me a nasty look and asked me why I didn't check the eggs before I bought them and looked away, standing there with the eggs I asked her what must I do now? She then said leave them if they smelling bad, I was baffled and asked her what should I then do, irritatedly she replied by saying i Must go get another tray of eggs which I did do and I furiously walked out the store! I mean what kind of customer service is this?? I inconveniently drove back to checkers to bring back an item that should not have been on the shelf, I was treated like a nuisance, no apology?? And this is only the 1st incidence!
